Help for trouble-shooting my house central air system?

I want to turn on my house AC today. Even though the fan inside the house is working, the air is not cooling. Then I found out that the fan in the outside Air Conditioning Compressor Unit (York Stellar Extra) did not spin. I could hear “click” which suggested that the compressor was trying to be kicked on but neither the compressor nor the fan was on. Can someone help me to trouble-shoot it? Will change the fuse work? Thanks a lot!!

2007 Buick Rainier the outside air temp reading wrong.?

I have a 2007 Buick Rainier and am having trouble with the air conditioning. The compressor clutch will not engage. I have had the Freon charge and pressure switches checked. The outside air temperature reading on the A/C instrument cluster was reading 62 degrees, and the outside air temperature was 84 degrees. When the outside air temperature reads correctly the system works fine. I have also noticed that when the reading is wrong (low) and the A/C is not working, sometimes if I hit a bump the reading will indicate the correct outside air temperature and the A/C will work properly. Any help would be appreciated as the problem is intermittent and I can not get it to act up when I take it to the dealer for troubleshooting.

Take it to the dealer tell them there IS a problem and you expect it to be fixed. Stand firm on this, this is covered under the warranty and they need to take the time to diagnose the problem, and they may have to take some time to get it to act up, but my guess is a faulty temp sensor.

See, whats happening is your vehicle is thinking that the outside air is cold enough that there is no need for AC, so it will not allow it to turn on, that's why when it reads wrong, you have no AC.
